As an Associate Partner at Miramar Global, Richard leads the Energy and Chemicals practice, focusing on C-suite and senior executive relationships across renewables, energy, oil & gas, climate tech, chemicals, and commodities. He is dedicated to supporting companies as they navigate the energy transition, sustainability, and the sweeping changes of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Richard joined Miramar in 2015, where he has spent over a decade enabling clients across EMEA, APAC, and the US to strengthen leadership teams, expand into new geographies, and diversify product streams. His earlier career included leadership roles at Commodity Search Partners, Goodman Masson, Arrows Group, and SThree — where he built a reputation for developing high-performing teams and connecting global businesses with transformational leaders.

He holds a BSc (Hons) in Anatomy and Human Biology from the University of Liverpool. Richard’s aim is to act as a trusted partner to clients, providing solutions through the intersection of technology, talent, and strategy.

Outside of work, Richard is energized by travel, wellness, and fitness. His passion for sustainability extends beyond his professional role, reflecting a lifelong curiosity about how people and industries can work together to create a better future.
