Adel is the Financial Controller at Miramar Global, with 20 years of finance experience spanning automotive, transport and logistics, FMCG and retail. She brings a strong track record in building financial structures that support both compliance and strategic growth.
Known for her collaborative approach, Adel partners closely with colleagues to provide clarity, insight and solutions that enable long-term business success.

As Partner at Miramar Global Executive Search, Alex is dedicated to helping organizations unlock their potential by identifying, connecting and empowering exceptional leaders.
With almost a decade of experience in executive search, he has built a reputation as a trusted advisor to boards, CEOs and senior leadership teams worldwide. He has led numerous C-suite and functional leadership searches across the industrial, automotive and technology sectors, supporting clients through transformation, innovation and growth.
At Miramar, Alex is one of the leaders of the global industrial and technology practice, collaborating across international offices to deliver senior executive appointments that drive long-term value creation. His approach combines rigorous global market mapping, sharp commercial insight and a strong focus on cultural alignment, underpinned by Miramar’s RISE leadership framework and Deepsky coaching platform.

Before joining Miramar, Alicia worked in the public sector, gaining valuable experience in policy and development. She holds an MSc in Social Development from University College London and a BA in Political Science and International Development from McGill University.
Of Indonesian and Dutch heritage, and having lived in Australia, Singapore, the UK and Canada, Alicia brings a rich international perspective to her work. She draws on this cultural fluency to identify and engage top-tier talent for clients operating in global and diverse markets.

Alyssa is a Delivery Excellence Lead at Miramar, based in Philadelphia, PA. Since joining the firm in 2021, she has played a key role in client coordination and communication, ensuring seamless delivery through reporting, presentations and scheduling.
In addition to her client-focused work, Alyssa is an active member of Miramar’s marketing team, where she contributes to content creation, design, newsletters and developing case studies. She values the opportunity to collaborate with Miramar’s global team, finding purpose in work that connects across borders and industries.
Outside of Miramar, Alyssa is an avid reader and writer. She holds a degree in Creative Writing and English Literature, with a minor in Writing for Film and Television, from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia. During her studies, she completed internships at APR, the nation’s oldest poetry magazine and had her work published in local literary journals.

Andrew is the founder and CEO of Miramar Global. He leads the strategy and operations of the business, working closely with the Partners and the team to drive our growth and deliver outstanding results for clients across our three core business areas: Executive Search (Miramar), Leadership Consulting (Deepsky) and Personal Development (RISE).
Andrew is passionate about building capability and deliver long term, high impact and high quality solutions for our clients. His aim is to create a generative impact on leadership, talent and performance. Catherine is a Principal working within the Technology Innovation and Digital Transformation Practice at Miramar, where she leads the delivery of projects across enterprise software, AI & cloud, as well as digital transformation across industrial and automotive majors. Based in the London office, Catherine has been with Miramar since 2017.
Her career has focused primarily on the technology and industrial sectors, working with leading brands in executive search for a diverse range of high-growth, investor-backed clients and major technology vendors, including working on-site with Microsoft.

Chloe manages digital marketing for Miramar, Deepsky, and RISE, creating content that brings each brand’s story to life.
From her base in Cape Town, she combines expertise in video editing, graphic design and content strategy with a strong academic foundation: an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a BCom postgraduate in Informatics. This unique mix of creativity, human understanding, and technical knowledge allows her to craft content that connects with audiences and drives impact.

Christelle is a dedicated Team Administrator at Miramar, supporting C-suite executives and global teams with administrative and operational requirements. With more than 15 years of experience, she has gained valuable expertise in executive support, project coordination, and stakeholder management across South Africa, the United Kingdom, and international markets.
She has completed certifications in management, marketing and events, which have strengthened her ability to adapt to different roles and challenges. Known for being reliable, detail-oriented, and professional, she focuses on helping leaders and teams work more effectively to achieve their goals.
In addition to her professional career, she has a personal interest in socio-economic development initiatives, where she believes creating meaningful impact beyond the workplace.

Ciara is a Principal at Miramar Global and a key member of the firm’s Industrial practice. Her focus is on partnering with leading mid-cap private equity firms and portfolio companies in assessing and building executive management teams and boards. She brings almost two decades of experience delivering international corporate C-Suite and Board search mandates for both multinational corporations and investor backed businesses, with a committed focus on driving performance, transformation, and growth.
Ciara joined Miramar as a principal in 2023. Previously, she was a Managing Consultant at Korn Ferry’s EMEA Industrial practice, where she led board and C-suite searches for Infrastructure Investment Funds and industrial clients.
Her expertise spans senior appointments across Automotive, diversified industrial, motorsport and electronic distribution industries with a specific focus on CEO and CFO mandates. Ciara’s strong command of delivering exceptional results, paired with her ability to identify and attract transformational leaders, has made her a trusted advisor to clients navigating critical phases of change.

Dara is a U.S.-based Principal at Miramar Global with 20+ years of experience in retained executive search, specializing in Industrial Manufacturing and Life Sciences. Her career spans both boutique firms and nearly a decade with Heidrick & Struggles, giving her deep expertise in complex, global search engagements.
As a senior delivery consultant, Dara has successfully recruited leadership across multiple functions - including supply chain management, operations, commercial, engineering, R&D and others. Ed is Head of Operations for the Group, based in London. He is responsible for People Development, Talent Acquisition, Performance Improvement and the internal infrastructure of Miramar.
Ed has spent the last 24 years working in the recruitment industry. During this time he has led sales departments, talent acquisition teams, built learning and development functions and worked as a project manager and business analyst on systems implementation and transformation projects. Ed is hugely passionate about the development and progression of people and is working on the mission to make Miramar a best in class environment for developing executive recruiters; whilst providing a collaborative and supportive team culture and high performance working environment.

Fiona Maqi


Fran is a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant at Miramar Global Executive Search, where she plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations across the business. Her responsibilities span administrative support, system management and cross-departmental coordination, with a particular focus on data integrity and compliance as the organisation’s GDPR Privacy Policy Officer.

Greg Espersen is a Principal at Miramar Global, where he leads the firm’s Energy & Utility Technology practice across North America. He is dedicated to empowering the leaders driving the energy transition by discovering, connecting, and securing world-class executive talent.
With more than 15 years of experience in the energy technology sector, Greg has earned a reputation as a trusted partner to utilities, grid modernization pioneers, and private equity–backed innovators. He has successfully led searches for senior leadership roles across sales, marketing, product, government relations, engineering, and operations.
Greg’s expertise spans grid modernization, distributed energy resources, battery storage, communication networks, and grid safety. His hands-on, consultative approach ensures he acts as an extension of his clients, aligning talent strategies with organizational goals and long-term growth.
Prior to joining Miramar in 2024, Greg spent over a decade with SCI, where he led executive searches for energy technology companies and helped build the firm’s U.S. practice. He holds a degree from Colorado Mountain College in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
Beyond his professional career, Greg is passionate about the intersection of energy and technology and about developing the next generation of leaders. He lives in northern New Jersey with his wife and three children, where he coaches youth lacrosse. An avid snowboarder, cyclist, and golfer, Greg prioritizes time with his family and community outside of work.

Hector is a Principal at Miramar Global, with expertise in technology, industrial and professional services markets. He has a background supporting enterprise and PE-backed technology services firms and partnering with renowned manufacturers in the EMEA, US and APAC regions.
Prior to joining Miramar, Hector worked for a boutique search firm which specialised in strategy consulting and a global business listed on the NYSE. He has lived and worked in both EMEA and APAC.

Helen Cottle has a deep understanding of the search industry, with a career spanning various facets of the search world - from recruitment to operations and sales & marketing over the last 15 years, bringing a blended perspective to her role. Her international experience, including launching new offices and building teams across Australia, the USA, and Europe, underpins her global approach to business development and strategic alignment.
As Head of Commercial Operations for the Group, Helen leads marketing and growth strategy across the group, overseeing brand development, digital strategy, and the expansion of the RISE high-performance platform. She combines a deep understanding of executive search, B2B services, and high-performance leadership to drive engagement, innovation, and measurable impact across our 3 core business areas - Miramar Executive Search, Deepsky & RISE.
Helen Cottle


Holley is a Principal in Life Sciences and Biotech, advising venture capital and biopharma across Europe and the USA on building high-performing executive teams. With a background in biochemistry, she began her career in pharma and a stem cell biotech before moving into executive search. This foundation gives her a unique perspective-combining a technical understanding of drug development with a commercial sense of how to launch assets and build successful businesses.
She partners closely with investors and leadership teams through critical growth phases, from Series A financing to IPO and beyond, identifying and attracting transformative leaders who can steer organizations through complexity and scale. As Head of APAC & Global Partner, Lisa has led an international career spanning UK, Europe, Japan, Vietnam and Hong Kong. With nearly two decades of experience in headhunting, she has led searches in all regions of the world including North America, Europe, MEA and most countries in APAC.
In addition to leading the APAC region for Miramar, Lisa is one of the global leaders in Food & Beverage, Life Sciences and Specialty Chemicals and works closely with the international offices to create long-term partnerships with clients. She prides herself on deeply understanding her client’s requirements and tailoring an approach, which is pragmatic, efficient and highly effective. At the same time, she is passionate about developing people’s potential and supporting clients to create diversity across their organisation.
Not only does Lisa have a strong track record in delivering to individual search and talent mapping mandates but she has also led complex multi-hire projects for companies in Asia and Europe to develop talent hubs from the ground up. Lisa is relentless in her pursuit to create sustainable solutions for the clients she works with and thrives in leading niche and challenging searches.

Ionela is a Principal in Miramar`s Science and Industrial practice, where she leads executive search mandates supporting companies to build exceptional leadership teams. Based in Miramar's Swiss office, she works globally with multinational and mid-sized organisations that need to navigate the complexities of executive hiring.
At the core of her work is a commitment to partnership: building trust with clients, providing meaningful market insights to support informed decision-making, and delivering impact through talent. Blending business insight with a deep understanding of human potential, Ionela identifies and attracts leaders who go beyond “checking the boxes” – executives capable of driving transformative, long-term impact on a business. Jamie is the CFO of Miramar Global. He leads the finance function working closely with the finance team and the senior leadership team to drive growth, efficiencies and aid with the global expansion across Miramar, Deepsky and RISE.
Jamie is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years’ experience, having spent time working in the Middle East, Ireland and the US, including executing cross-border M&A transactions for Private Equity and Corporate clients.
Prior to Miramar Jamie worked for a Private Equity company that focused on investing in Business and Professional Services firms, including recruitment companies. While there, Jamie was involved in expanding across 10+ countries and led the investment in 15+ companies. Prior to this Jamie spent c. 5 years working for EY, across the US and UK & Ireland in their Financial Due Diligence team.
When not working, Jamie enjoys spending time with family, travelling and keeping fit and active.
Jamie Lusk


John joined Miramar in 2018 and is now a Principal helping to lead the firm's global MedTech practice.
He spent his first two years with Miramar working across practice areas, including Automotive and Industrial Technology. This experience provided him with an understanding of sectors analogous to MedTech, enabling him to strategically transfer talent across industries.
Since 2020, he has focused exclusively on the MedTech sector, partnerning with a broad range of companies from Fortune 500 market leaders to disruptive start-ups.
John believes strongly in the impact a great leader can have. He knows the right leader can change someone's life. As such, his purpose as an executive search consultant is to put as many leaders as possible in a position to do just that.
Furthermore, he recognizes the result of great leadership in MedTech is the creation of new techologies that improve, extend, and save peoples' lives. John considers himself priviledged to play a small role in this process and does not take his responsibility lightly.
John's work in MedTech spans both diagnostic and therapeutic devices, and he has specifically worked across preanalytical systems, laboratory diagnostics, point-of-care diagnostics, diagnostic imaging, interventional imaging, endoscopy, heart failure, electrophysiology, cardiac surgery, general surgery, robotics, women's health, neuromodulation, diabetes care, drug delivery, vascular access, medication management, interventional spine, digital health, contract manufacturing, and more.
On a personal level, he enjoys running and working out, reading, playing the guitar, traveling, and is a mediocre, but incrementally improving, cook.

John has over 25 years of experience in management consulting, executive search and leadership assessment for a broad range of clients within the industrial technology, Medtech, broader manufacturing and private equity marketplaces.
Over the course of his career, he has developed an extraordinary network of leaders in which he has forged relationships built upon the ethos to be mutual trusted advisors. As Managing Partner, he leads a portfolio of customers and is responsible for delivering excellence as the Global Client Partner. Additionally, he is responsible for all growth initiatives across the Americas for Miramar. new office expansion, client acquisition, hiring, and developing strategic partnerships are all part of his role on Miramar’s global leadership team.
John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ursinus College and an MBA from Villanova University.
John R. Hodge


Julian partners with private equity firms and global industrial corporates during periods of transformation, whether through carve outs, acquisitions, restructuring, or expansion into new geographies. His work spans operational, commercial and financial leadership roles, with particular depth in supply chain, advanced manufacturing and P&L management.
Julian is a trusted advisor to upper mid cap and mid cap industrial businesses and their portfolio companies, supporting firms such as MiddleGround Capital and American Industrial Partners, as well as corporates including Littelfuse, Gentherm and BorgWarner. Due to his advisory experience, he is often engaged at the earliest stages of investment to shape leadership strategy, benchmark talent and build scalable executive teams across North America, Europe and Asia.
Alongside his client work, Julian has been instrumental in Miramar’s international growth, opening offices and developing cross border teams that support complex global mandates.
Julian Horne


Kajol is a Senior Consultant at Miramar Global in Asia with over 6 years of experience partnering with organizations to build high-impact leadership teams and appoint C-Suite executives. She has successfully delivered assignments across industries including, but not limited to, Renewable Energy, Technology, Logistics, Aerospace & Defense, Industrial Machinery, and Automotive.

Margaret brings over 15 years of international experience in executive search, with a strong focus on driving quality and innovation across every aspect of the client and candidate journey.
After studying business and French, she began her career in Paris working in a variety of real estate and luxury prior to joining CTPartners and Heidrick & Struggles, where she specialized in aerospace, automotive and professional services.
Since joining Miramar in 2019, Margaret has successfully delivered projects across a broad range of sectors, including automotive, energy, electronics manufacturing, specialty chemicals, and functional ingredients for the food & beverage industry.

He is dedicated to supporting companies as they navigate the energy transition, sustainability, and the sweeping changes of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
Richard joined Miramar in 2015, where he has spent over a decade enabling clients across EMEA, APAC, and the US to strengthen leadership teams, expand into new geographies, and diversify product streams. His earlier career included leadership roles at Commodity Search Partners, Goodman Masson, Arrows Group, and SThree — where he built a reputation for developing high-performing teams and connecting global businesses with transformational leaders.
He holds a BSc (Hons) in Anatomy and Human Biology from the University of Liverpool. Richard’s aim is to act as a trusted partner to clients, providing solutions through the intersection of technology, talent, and strategy.

Ross is the Co-Founder of Miramar Global. He has dedicated 20 years to supporting corporates and private equity businesses to deliver on their missions by acquiring the best in technology and commercial leadership.
Ross is an expert in enabling technology companies to scale through great talent, and in guiding industrial companies to acquire the leadership they need to be able to build and deploy new technologies and platforms effectively through their businesses.
Alongside Ross’ client work, he also leads activities for the Middle East & Africa across the businesses three core business areas: Executive Search (Miramar), Leadership Consulting (Deepsky) and Personal Development (RISE). His work is focused on supporting the region’s funds and their operating companies, as well as multi-nationals to acquire and develop their leadership capability, as they scale their investments in R&D, manufacturing and operations across the region.

Ryann is a Senior Consultant based in Miramar’s New York City office, where she supports and delivers executive search mandates in operations, supply chain, and commercial functions across diverse sectors, including medical technology and industrial manufacturing.
Before joining Miramar, Ryann spent eight years at a boutique retained executive search firm specializing in consumer packaged goods, where she led research execution, search strategy development, and candidate engagement.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from Cornell University, where she also served as captain of the varsity tennis team.
