With almost a decade of experience in executive search, he has built a reputation as a trusted advisor to boards, CEOs  and senior leadership teams worldwide. He has led numerous C-suite and functional leadership searches across the industrial, automotive and technology sectors, supporting clients through transformation, innovation and growth.

At Miramar, Alex is one of the leaders of the global industrial and technology practice, collaborating across international offices to deliver senior executive appointments that drive long-term value creation. His approach combines rigorous global market mapping, sharp commercial insight and a strong focus on cultural alignment, underpinned by Miramar’s RISE leadership framework and Deepsky coaching platform.

Earlier in his career, Alex held roles in executive search and leadership consulting, where he developed expertise in building search strategies, advising on leadership selection and supporting organizational effectiveness.

John has over 25 years of experience in management consulting, executive search and leadership assessment for a broad range of clients within the industrial technology, Medtech, broader manufacturing and private equity marketplaces.  

Over the course of his career, he has developed an extraordinary network of leaders in which he has forged relationships built upon the ethos to be mutual trusted advisors.  As Managing Partner, he leads a portfolio of customers and is responsible for delivering excellence as the Global Client Partner. Additionally, he is responsible for all growth initiatives across the Americas for Miramar. new office expansion, client acquisition, hiring, and developing strategic partnerships are all part of his role on Miramar’s global leadership team.

John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ursinus College and an MBA from Villanova University.

Julian partners with private equity firms and global industrial corporates during periods of transformation, whether through carve outs, acquisitions, restructuring, or expansion into new geographies. His work spans operational, commercial and financial leadership roles, with particular depth in supply chain, advanced manufacturing and P&L management.

Julian is a trusted advisor to upper mid cap and mid cap industrial businesses and their portfolio companies, supporting firms such as MiddleGround Capital and American Industrial Partners, as well as corporates including Littelfuse, Gentherm and BorgWarner. Due to his advisory experience, he is often engaged at the earliest stages of investment to shape leadership strategy, benchmark talent and build scalable executive teams across North America, Europe and Asia.

Alongside his client work, Julian has been instrumental in Miramar’s international growth, opening offices and developing cross border teams that support complex global mandates.

As Principal at Miramar Global Executive Search, Mila Marinkovic partners with global organizations to deliver senior leadership that fuels innovation, transformation, and long-term growth. Within the Mobility, Tech and Industrial Technology sectors, she leads international searches across EMEA, North America, and Asia-Pacific, bringing a global perspective to complex leadership challenges.

Mila works closely with clients to unlock organizational potential by connecting them with exceptional leaders who align with their vision and culture. With a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from the American Business School of Paris, she combines sharp commercial insight with cross-cultural expertise. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Serbian, she brings a collaborative and internationally minded approach to every search.

Richard thrives on helping organizations evolve through transformative leadership. His curiosity about how industries grow — paired with a sharp ability to recognize potential in others — has been a hallmark of his career. Whether guiding a global client into a new market or advising on leadership strategy, he has a way of aligning talent with opportunity in ways that unlock lasting impact.

As an Associate Partner at Miramar Global, Richard leads the Energy and Chemicals practice, focusing on C-suite and senior executive relationships across renewables, energy, oil & gas, climate tech, chemicals, and commodities. He is dedicated to supporting companies as they navigate the energy transition, sustainability, and the sweeping changes of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Richard joined Miramar in 2015, where he has spent over a decade enabling clients across EMEA, APAC, and the US to strengthen leadership teams, expand into new geographies, and diversify product streams. His earlier career included leadership roles at Commodity Search Partners, Goodman Masson, Arrows Group, and SThree — where he built a reputation for developing high-performing teams and connecting global businesses with transformational leaders.

He holds a BSc (Hons) in Anatomy and Human Biology from the University of Liverpool. Richard’s aim is to act as a trusted partner to clients, providing solutions through the intersection of technology, talent, and strategy.

Outside of work, Richard is energized by travel, wellness, and fitness. His passion for sustainability extends beyond his professional role, reflecting a lifelong curiosity about how people and industries can work together to create a better future.
