Hector is a Principal at Miramar Global, where he specialises in C-suite and functional leadership appointments for Industrial and Digital Infrastructure businesses globally.

His expertise spans enterprise businesses and private equity portfolio companies where he supports clients on leadership hiring and talent strategy. Having lived and worked across both EMEA and APAC, Hector brings a global perspective, 13 years executive search experience, and a track record of supporting organisations operating at the intersection of the Industrial and Technology sectors.

At Miramar, Hector is responsible for managing several global accounts and further developing Miramar’s business across Industrial and Digital Infrastructure markets. He supports businesses to build executive teams capable of driving value creation, transformation, international expansion, and succession planning. Hector is passionate about driving rigorous, quick and accountable recruitment processes for his clients.

Prior to joining Miramar, Hector held leadership positions with an NYSE-listed global recruitment business, and a boutique search firm, where he advised leading strategy consulting firms and multinational corporates on senior appointments.
