Miramar was retained by a $20 million private equity owned business who were scaling rapidly. The company manufactures transmission and distribution components for utilities, and its mission is critical to the energy transition. Due to expansion, the business needed to open a new production facility on the east coast of the USA to support international markets. As the production site was still in the design phase and machinery had not been installed, the hire would initially join as a Project Director to execute on the set up of the site. Given the growth aspirations, the position was pivotal to achieving the company’s mission to greatly increase production to meet customer demand.
