As Managing Partner, Interim Solutions at Miramar Global, Simon leads the firm’s interim management practice, primarily supporting private equity and diversified industrial clients.

With more than two decades of experience building and leading interim management practices, Simon is a trusted adviser to boards, investors and senior leadership teams navigating complex, time-sensitive transformation. His work spans M&A, divestments, turnarounds, rapid growth, market expansion and founder transitions.

At Miramar, Simon connects organisations with experienced interim executives and independent consultants who bring the precise expertise their situation demands. His network covers finance, technology, HR, operations and senior leadership, including interim CEOs, CFOs and Chief Transformation Officers. These leaders are equipped to step into high-pressure environments quickly and deliver through critical events such as carve-outs, covenant deadlines, systems separations, restructurings and leadership transitions.

Before joining Miramar, Simon spent nine years as Managing Partner at Savannah Group. He previously led interim management for private equity and advisory clients at Boyden, following almost a decade as a Partner focused on the same client base.

Simon’s approach combines a deep understanding of transformation challenges with an established network of proven interim leaders, enabling clients to access highly relevant specialist capability at the moment it is needed most.
