Ionela is a Principal in Miramar`s Science and Industrial practice, where she leads executive search mandates supporting companies to build exceptional leadership teams. Based in Miramar's Swiss office, she works globally with multinational and mid-sized organisations that need to navigate the complexities of executive hiring.

At the core of her work is a commitment to partnership: building trust with clients, providing meaningful market insights to support informed decision-making, and delivering impact through talent. Blending business insight with a deep understanding of human potential, Ionela identifies and attracts leaders who go beyond “checking the boxes” – executives capable of driving transformative, long-term impact on a business. Ionela takes pride in understanding what drives leaders and supporting them through career-defining decisions.

Before joining Miramar, Ionela worked for a boutique executive search firm in Switzerland, where she gained broad cross-industry experience, always with a commitment to excellence, transparency, and long-term partnership.

Fluent in English, French, and Romanian, she recharges outside of work by hiking in the Swiss mountains, sailing and spending time with family and friends.
