Her international experience, including launching new offices and building teams across Australia, the USA, and Europe, underpins her global approach to business development and strategic alignment.

As Head of Commercial Operations for the Group, Helen leads marketing and growth strategy across the group, overseeing brand development, digital strategy, and the expansion of the RISE high-performance platform. She combines a deep understanding of executive search, B2B services, and high-performance leadership to drive engagement, innovation, and measurable impact across our 3 core business areas - Miramar Executive Search, Deepsky & RISE.
