Edward Scott

Ed is Head of Operations for the Group, based in London. He is responsible for People Development, Talent Acquisition, Performance Improvement and the internal infrastructure of Miramar.

Ed has spent the last 24 years working in the recruitment industry. During this time he has led sales departments, talent acquisition teams, built learning and development functions and worked as a project manager and business analyst on systems implementation and transformation projects. Ed is hugely passionate about the development and progression of people and is working on the mission to make Miramar a best in class environment for developing executive recruiters; whilst providing a collaborative and supportive team culture and high performance working environment.
