Andrew is the founder and CEO of Miramar Global. He leads the strategy and operations of the business, working closely with the Partners and the team to drive our growth and deliver outstanding results for clients across our three core business areas: Executive Search (Miramar), Leadership Consulting (Deepsky) and Personal Development (RISE).  

Andrew is passionate about building capability and deliver long term, high impact and high quality solutions for our clients. His aim is to create a generative impact on leadership, talent and performance.
