Ana Molina is a Senior Consultant at Miramar, where she leads executive search assignments across the technology, industrial, energy and private equity sectors. Working closely with clients throughout North America, Europe and Latin America, she partners with organizations to identify and attract special executive talent for critical leadership roles. With more than 20 years of experience in executive search and talent acquisition, Ana combines deep market intelligence, rigorous assessment, and a relationship-driven approach to deliver successful leadership appointments.

Prior to joining Miramar Executive Search, Ana built her career with leading global executive search firms including Spencer Stuart, Russell Reynolds Associates, Caldwell Partners, Amrop and Heidrick & Struggles, as well as leading Talent Acquisition for South America at Eaton Corporation. Having led search projects across Latin America throughout her career, she brings extensive regional expertise together with an international perspective, enabling her to support clients operating in complex and multicultural business environments.
