THE CHALLENGE

Our client had undergone a significant transformation and was preparing to launch a dairy-based prebiotics product line, which was a critical program designed to diversify the business and further revolutionize its portfolio.  

As this represented a new market entry for the organisation, Miramar was retained to advise on the competitive landscape from both a market and geographic perspective, supplementing their hiring approach.  

From this foundation, Miramar developed a strategy to identify an individual capable of leading growth into both food and feed markets.
