THE CHALLENGE
Our client had recently completed a continuous improvement programme across one of its business units, spanning four operational hubs in Europe. As a result, the senior leadership team reviewed the existing management structures at these sites and sought to supplement the leadership teams to sustain improvements and drive further performance.
In total, Miramar was retained to deliver 11 senior-level hires across maintenance, production, EHS, and manufacturing functions, while covering two countries and four production sites.
THE SOLUTION
Given the remote locations and restricted local candidate pools for several positions, Miramar executed a genuinely global search. We qualified, interviewed, and expatriated multiple high-performing candidates from diverse geographies including Brazil, Morocco, and Tunisia.
Due to the scale and urgency of the project, our approach balanced quality and quantity, ensuring both comprehensive coverage and precision in selection.
