Thanks to her various functions in human resources, Nataša has acquired solid knowledge in engineering and life sciences and has deepened this knowledge in renowned companies such as ABB, Qiagen, Allergan, etc. Before starting as a principal at Miramar Global, Nataša has worked for an Executive Search company for 2 years already and before that, she was responsible for the engineering and life sciences division in the German-speaking part of Switzerland as Director of a large, globally renowned company. She served existing clients and acquired new clients in the above mentioned sectors. She managed a team of 5 employees and strengthened her coaching skills.
