Holley is a Principal in Life Science and Biotech, working across Europe and the USA. Having studied biochemistry, she spent time within both pharma and a stem cell biotech, moving over to advise venture capital and biopharma on their executive hiring.

Holley has ~ 9 years’ experience in life sciences, with a genuine patient focus, she is sincerely passionate about the industry. Experienced across early-stage, mid-cap, and large organisations, she works closely with investors and biopharma to build out executive teams, consulting through critical Series A-C finance rounds, through to IPO, and thereafter. She works strategically for her clients, internationally, bringing in the transformational leaders of the future.
