Hector is a Principal in the firm’s professional services practice. He has a background supporting some of the world’s leading strategy firms, management consultancies and boutiques globally.

Prior to joining Miramar, Hector worked for a boutique search firm which specialised in strategy consulting and a global business listed on the NYSE. He has lived and worked in both EMEA and APAC.
