Andrew is the founder and CEO of Miramar Global. Andrew leads the strategy and operations of the business, working closely with the Partners and the team to drive our growth and the successful development of our work with our clients. Alongside this, Andrew leads our Science and Advanced Manufacturing group and manages a number of our largest clients across these markets.

Andrew’s passion is to ensure that Miramar is driving the agenda in the recruitment industry to enable our sector to be a genuine agent of transformation for our clients. This means ensuring that we are building an environment in which we challenge, innovate and enhance the knowledge and capability of our team to the benefit of our clients.
