Leadership Forum – How Do Leaders Create A High Performance Organisation

On Wednesday 29th November 2017 Miramar Executive Search, in partnership with Elite Performance Partners, will be hosting a Leadership Forum for senior executives and business leaders to discuss how ‘Leaders Create a High Performance Organisation’. Regardless of industry or work environment, we see that leaders need to take on the responsibility of influencing and guiding others towards a common objective.

The evening will commence with a keynote speech by Andrew Stoneham-Knott, CEO at Miramar on how he has applied his learning from leading a global organisation, to help senior leaders and teams grow stronger through cohesive leadership and fuelling a strong collaborative workforce.

The three panellists in discussion on leadership, high performance and the importance of culture and group values, are:

  • Dave Reddin – Head of Team Strategy and Performance at The Football Association
  • Gordon Wilson – Chief Executive Officer at Advanced
  • Jacqui Fergusonformer Chief Executive Officer at HPE UKI/MEMA

The panel will use their unique and diverse blend of experience to serve as a powerful catalyst to engage the audience with content to help influence and improve their approach on performance, growth, culture and diversity.

As an international executive search and leadership firm, Miramar work with senior executives globally to advise on attracting and building high performance in the workplace. We are hosting the event to offer high performing leaders the tools on how to be ‘future ready’ to tackle their own organisational challenges to realise the full power and potential of people.
