We are co-hosting a Leadership Event on 22nd March in London. The event came to life through speaking to senior leaders across the business, performance and HR areas and recognising there was a common challenge of trying to address issues around leadership development. We wanted to analyse what the worlds of business, sport and military can learn from each other so our guests will span these three sectors. The critical question that we will debate is:
Are our businesses/organisations equipped to identify and develop the leadership that is required to meet their objectives now and in the future? If not, what are we going to do about it?
Our four panellists have a unique blend of experience across these areas:
- Andy Salmon – ex Commandant General Royal Marines & Senior Business Advisor
- Anton Oliver – ex All Blacks Captain & Head of Equities at M&G Investments
- Lucinda Pullinger – HR Director Rugby Football Union
- Anthony Eastwood – HR Director Rolls Royce Motor Cars
Alongside our panel, our guests will include CEOs and leadership from the worlds of football, rugby and Olympic sport as well as representatives from global listed and private corporates and the investment community.
This is an invitation only event for senior business leaders, HR experts and high performance practitioners to discuss specific leadership issues in a closed environment that will hopefully allow an open and honest exchange of views. The event will take place on Wednesday 22nd March at Killik & Co, 46 Grosvenor Street, London.
