April News from Miramar Global: This month we launched a new product, welcomed a new senior member of the team and progressed with our support of Redthread…
Miramar Talent
Since 2009 we have been working with global organisations, providing them with transparent and informed executive search services. Over those years we have supported our clients with the strategic development of their boards and leadership teams, but recently we have noted a need for search providers to deliver better value.
As organisations are faced with new challenges, such as digital transformation, increased competition and diversity, it’s now important that they are equipped to not only find leaders who can help them navigate these new trials, but a workforce which is skilled enough to ensure high performance during development too.
With that in mind, it was with pride that this month we unveiled our new service offering, Miramar Talent, a service which uses Miramar Global’s executive search methodology but is designed to affect businesses deeper in their structures by offering them access to searches intended to identify and acquire the best of workforce personnel.

New Leadership
With the launch of this new product there was also an exciting announcement about the leadership of the service. We are very pleased to welcome David Winch, formerly of Nokia, who has been appointed as Managing Director of the Talent business.
David has a wealth of experience in executive search, managing the workforce search process internally for large corporates as well as leading teams in boutique firms. David aims to bring a breadth of perspective and vision to the team. We are looking forward to embracing his experience.
You can find out more about what both David Winch and Ross Bailey, Partner at Miramar Global, have to say about the new position by reading: We Welcome David Winch as MD of Miramar Talent.
Cycling for Redthread
Finally this month, following on from the March announcement that we would be supporting Redthread as our charity of the year 2018, we revealed that three members of our London team would be participating in the Prudential Ride 100 to raise funds for the organisation. In addition, our senior team have been spending time with Redthread’s CEO to discuss where we can contribute further.
