THE CHALLENGE:
Miramar Global were retained by a leading value-added distributor in the cyber security and cloud space, looking to appoint an experienced VP DACH for the region.
As the business was targeting global revenues of more than €10BN over the next five years, it was critical that this individual would play a key role in executing against the business’s growth strategy and in scaling their DACH business to enable this growth.
THE SOLUTION:
We worked to target relevant individuals across the DACH region from within the VAD and distributor ecosystem, focussing on candidates with a strong history and exposure to the region, alongside a strong track record of growth enablement.
THE RESULT:
Miramar provided the full mapping of the DACH market, whilst producing a successful shortlist of four candidates within a four week time period.
This provided our client with a quality list of hiring options from which their first choice candidate was successfully secured for the business.
