The client had been looking to build out an analogous gas business alongside their Swiss based oil business for a couple of years. They directly sourced the business heads and trading personnel through their own network, but what was lacking was the sales support to underpin this business. The Head of the newly formed business approached Miramar to discuss the operational support for this operation, including middle-office and ETRM functions.
