A major dairy business, which has been through a significant business transformation was planning to launch a dairy-based prebiotics product. This was a critical programme for the business to diversify and to further revolutionise the company. Following significant investments in manufacturing, the challenge was to identify an individual capable of leading the growth of the business into the selected food and feed markets.
We built a target map of the relevant functional ingredient and additive manufacturers across the UK and Ireland, and Europe to identify candidates with experience in expanding businesses into either food or feed application markets. Through an extensive review process, we interviewed and assessed candidates across a diverse range of ingredients and technologies backgrounds to assess their suitability for this business build.
