A cloud and managed services business, experiencing high levels of growth, required an experienced Chief Marketing Officer to ensure the company continued to accelerate towards its $100M revenue target. Miramar were retained to secure an individual who would be local to the company’s UK headquarters and capable of creating and executing their global marketing strategy. In addition, they would also be tasked with embedding a robust lead generation culture within the business.
Given the importance of location, Miramar developed a search strategy identifying similarly high growth competitor businesses across the UK, with a strong focus on those located in the same region as our client. We worked to identify local talent within the wider SaaS and technology space, with experience of working in accelerated growth. Executives with extensive experience of working alongside sales to truly shape and embed a lead generation culture, with a serial success of setting and executing strategies across the business, were successfully sought out.
